By accessing or using the Temple Detox website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site and its services.
Temple Detox LLC offers holistic health coaching services, detox protocols, educational resources, consultations, and group Q&A sessions. These are for informational and educational purposes only and do not substitute professional medical advice.
The information provided is based on naturopathic and herbal traditions. We are not licensed medical professionals. You must consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related changes.
Clients are solely responsible for their health decisions and agree that results may vary. Temple Detox does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Appointments must be scheduled through our official link (Calendly). Payments are processed via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit/debit card. Sessions missed without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.
Clients have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund by emailing [email protected]. No refunds will be granted after 30 days. All services, including consultations and coaching packages, are non-refundable once rendered. Digital product refunds are subject to review.
A late fee of $35 will be applied to any payment not received within 3 calendar days of the due date. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of services until balance is paid in full.
If a client misses two (2) consecutive coaching sessions without prior notice and fails to reschedule, the program will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued in the case of program abandonment. Outstanding balances will remain due.
Temple Detox offers unlimited support between sessions via text and email, with responses guaranteed within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Support does not extend to emergencies or medical situations.
Clients agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements—either publicly or privately—about Temple Detox LLC, its representatives, or its services. Issues must be addressed privately with the business first.
By participating in Temple Detox programs, clients agree that anonymized testimonials (e.g., first name, initials, or general statements) may be used for marketing. Direct quotes or identifiable testimonials require written consent before public use.
Neither Temple Detox LLC nor the client shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). Affected sessions will be rescheduled.
All content provided by Temple Detox is the property of Temple Detox LLC. It may not be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.
Use of Temple Detox services constitutes agreement to electronic terms. Digital acknowledgments and typed names are legally binding.
Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. The prevailing party in any legal dispute is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temple Detox LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. No indirect or punitive damages will be covered.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
